Marlina Smith

Marlina joined Tucker Griffin Barnes in 2012 as Yvonne Griffin’s personal injury paralegal. She spent 18 years working in the medical field prior to switching careers to personal injury law 10 years ago. She enjoys working with Yvonne to help their clients reach a successful resolution to their case.

In her spare time, Marlina manages her son Cody Purvis’ country music career. Cody is currently in Nashville and at just 19 yrs. old has opened for national artists including Trent Tomlinson, Josh Thompson, Steve Holy, Lee Greenwood, Corey Smith, Colt Ford, Darius Rucker, Peter Frampton and Trace Adkins. www.codypurvis.com

Bill Tucker started Tucker Griffin Barnes in Charlottesville, Va. with a long-range vision.

He was inspired to create a firm:
