Mary M. Martin

Mary joined the TGB Lake Monticello office as a real estate paralegal. Originally from Alexandria, Virginia and a graduate of the University of Virginia, she comes to the firm with thirty years of managerial, paralegal, and administrative experience in real estate settlements, patent and trademark prosecution, personal injury, domestic, and criminal litigation.

Her passion lies in real estate settlements particularly assisting first-time home buyers through the exciting process of owning their firm home.

In her spare time, Mary contributes posts to Madame Deals blog and enjoys the company of her husband, three children, granddaughter, and two cats.

Bill Tucker started Tucker Griffin Barnes in Charlottesville, Va. with a long-range vision.

He was inspired to create a firm:

Where all of the attorneys and staff are smart, talented and passionate about their work; large enough for clients to find the experienced legal help they need to solve their problems, yet small enough to always feel welcomed and appreciated;

Where attorneys vigorously fight for justice to right a wrong, yet offer compassion and understanding no matter what the outcome; And staffed by attorneys and paralegals who not only live and work in the community, but also give something back.

Tucker Griffin Barnes is not a traditional law firm. Almost all of our attorneys and staff are women.
